Yes. Our migration wizard imports everything from Skimmer in under 10 minutes — customers, service history, chemical readings, work orders, invoices, and technicians. All visit history is backdated to the original dates so your chemistry graphs show real historical data from day one.

No app store required. AquaFlow is a PWA — customers tap Add to Home Screen in Safari or Chrome and it installs instantly with your company name and logo. It works exactly like a native app.

You get full access to all features for 14 days with no credit card required. At the end of your trial you choose a plan and enter your payment info. If you decide not to continue just let the trial expire — no charges ever.

Yes. Customers can tap Pay Now on any invoice directly in the app. Payments go straight to your connected bank account via Stripe. AquaFlow retains a 2.5% platform processing fee which covers payment infrastructure — you receive 97.5% of every payment.

You can export all your data at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation your data is retained for 90 days before deletion giving you time to export everything.

Solo plan supports 1 technician. Professional supports up to 8. Business supports up to 20. Enterprise plans support unlimited technicians.

No contracts. Cancel anytime from your account portal. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current month. Annual plans are non-refundable but you keep access through the end of the year.

Techs and customers can ask any water chemistry question in plain English. The AI gives specific dosage recommendations based on your pool volume and current readings. It is powered by Anthropic Claude — the same AI behind many enterprise products.

Our migration wizard is optimized for Skimmer CSV exports. For other software like Jobber or Pool Brain you can use our standard CSV import which accepts any spreadsheet with customer names and addresses.
